I’ve spent my career in management roles in the corporate world, where accountability, planning, and transparency aren’t optional they’re expected.
Alongside my professional work, I’m also a part‑time real estate agent, which gives me a firsthand view of how town decisions affect property values, traffic, infrastructure, and quality of life. I see how families choose where to live and how poorly planned development can have lasting consequences for a community.
Most importantly, I’m a dedicated husband and father. My commitment to this town is rooted in wanting Wawayanda to remain a safe, stable, well‑run community where our seniors, families and businesses' can thrive now and for the future.
Every decision I make is grounded in the same values I hold at home: responsibility, honesty, and doing what’s best for the next generation.
Wawayanda is an exceptional place to live, a town defined by its character, its people, and its strong sense of community.
Preserving what makes it special requires steady leadership, thoughtful and responsible development, and a commitment to open, transparent government that earns the public’s trust.

Preserving what makes it special requires steady leadership, thoughtful and responsible development, and a commitment to open, transparent government that earns the public’s trust.
I am running for Town Supervisor to bring a higher standard of leadership to Town Hall leadership grounded in:
• Professional, accountable management rooted in real‑world experience
• Practical development knowledge that understands long‑term impact, not just short‑term gain
• Community‑tested leadership built through active engagement and advocacy
• Calm, ethical, and disciplined decision‑making worthy of the residents we serve
My goal is simple:
to ensure that every resident is treated as a respected partner in shaping Wawayanda’s future, and that every decision reflects the values, priorities, and long‑term well‑being of the people who call this town home.
When elected Town Supervisor, my first 90 days will focus on steady leadership, thoughtful development, protected taxpayers, and transparent decisions.
What I’ll Do
Video record and Stream every meeting so everyone has a seat at the table. A community that sees together, grows together.

Ensure a calm, professional transition and uninterrupted town services.
Clear financial reporting so residents understand where we stand.
Turn audit findings into action and begin multi‑year financial planning.
Align growth with roads, traffic, and town services no surprises.
Clear guardrails, better communication, and a public “State of the Town” update.
The Bottom Line: Plan first. Spend responsibly. Transparency you can actually watch. Put Wawayanda first.
